How to embody oneness:
Wholeness pours through me when I allow myself to fully feel life. Joy isn’t something I chase — it’s something I notice. The Sun teaches that radiance is my natural state when I stop clouding it with worry, comparison, expectation, and/or stories. Joy rises simply because I AM.
To embody oneness now, I open to warmth, play, presence. I let myself shine without apology. I savor the moment because the moment is all there is.
